At Pykra, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully happy with your jewelry, we are happy to offer a straightforward returns and refund process, as outlined below.
1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns on items within 30 days of the purchase date, provided the following conditions are met:
- The item is in its original, unused, and unworn condition.
- The item is in its original packaging, including any tags and labels.
- The item is not customized or engraved (customized items are not eligible for return).
2. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at info@pykra.site or call us at (972) 225-1934 to notify us of your intention to return the item.
- Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Once your return is approved, you will be provided with a return authorization number and instructions for returning the product.
3. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns. Pykra is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
- If the item is defective or incorrect, we will cover return shipping costs.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds may take up to 7-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
6. Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a return and either issue a refund or send you a replacement item, depending on your preference and availability.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:
- Customized, engraved, or personalized items.
- Gift cards.
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective).
